New Bealeton Office!
Office Opens Sept. 2001
I am extremely proud to be opening a new real estate office in the country community of Bealeton, VA. The setting here'in close proximity to Warrenton, Fredericksburg, Culpeper, and Manassas'is a perfect location for the corporate expansion of Front Door Properties. My home is in close-by Goldvein and the area reminds me of my youth growing up in a small farm community. Although we have offices in Herndon, VA, and Gaithersburg, MD, this flagship office will bring me back home'to the country.
About the Broker
As you may gather, I can get rather nostalgic about growing up as a country boy. And I'm telling you about me as the owner of Front Door Properties because I had the country ethics and values instilled in me from the beginning. Those values include integrity, where a handshake on a deal is still as good as a signature on a contract'fairness, where treating everyone equally and with the utmost respect is second-nature'family, where our agents and our clients become part of our extended real estate family with connections above and beyond any single sale'and national pride.
Wherever I hang my hat, these country ethics and values come with me. Even though I have run large corporations and have offices in Herndon and Gaithersburg, the old adage still holds true: 'You can take the boy out of the country but you can't take the country out of the boy.'

· Recruiting bonus of $250 for every agent you bring onboard (paid from the proceeds of the referred agent's first sales commission)
· You will have open-door access to the principal broker/owner to discuss any issues or concerns

I don't believe in sneaking in extra costs like some brokerage firms do for office overhead such as copies, forms, and telephone calls. I don't believe in making you pay for company franchise fees. I also don't believe in making you work for free for the company. No Front Door Properties agent has to perform desk duty or floor time, hold open houses, attend Tuesday morning meetings, or make cold calls. You simply have to focus on your clients, market your business, and reap the rewards.
